专家认为,人的素质是身体素质、社会素质和心理素质三者融合的整体,其中心理素质占主导地位。幼儿教师的心理素质是“蕴蓄于中,形之于外”的,其群体的心理健康状况将直接影响幼儿的身心发展,这就必须要求教师具备良好的心理素质来应对。为此,开展提升教师心理素质的实践研究,主要从内部干预和外部干预两方面采取措施,经过实践探索,证明心理素质的提高,不仅有利于幼儿教师在职业生涯上的发展,而且有利于幼儿教师身心健康、生活幸福、造福于他人和社会。
