试验本着改良个别性状的原则,选用综合性状较好的长寿梨、丰水梨、南京早甜桃、NJN72油桃品种为试材,分别于1991年和1992年春N~+离子束处理了二批梨、桃枝条(由中科院等离子体物理研究所帮助处理)。注入的N~+离子剂量为8×10~(16)N~+/cm~2。处理好的枝条当年春天嫁接。梨高接于20年生的开花梨上,基砧为杜梨,以未处理枝条的高接树为对照。桃嫁接在原枝条上,同时嫁接对照。试验分3个小区,2次重复,在同等管理条件下进行。
