我国古代教育家、思想家荀子说过:“不闻不若闻之,闻之不若见之,……闻之而不见,虽博必谬。”捷克教育家夸美纽斯认为:“真正知觉事物的本身是智慧的开端。”没有直观作基础的地理学习是空洞的,甚至会是错误的。中学地理学科作为义务教育的基础课程,以提高公民的综合素养为目的,以切实行动减轻学生的学业负担,是当代教学应当研究的课题。直观教学能培养和激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂教学效率。下面试从图像直观、模像直观和语言直观等方面论述直观教学是中学地理教学的主旋律。
Xunzi, an ancient educator and thinker in our country, said: “If you do not smell what you smell, you can see it without seeing it. You can not see it without noticing it.” “The Czech educator Comenius said: ”The real perceptual thing itself is the beginning of wisdom." Learning geographically without intuition is empty and even wrong. As the basic course of compulsory education, geography subject of secondary school should aim at improving citizen’s overall accomplishment and practical action to reduce students’ academic burden, which should be studied in contemporary teaching. Intuitive teaching can cultivate and stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The following test from the visual intuition, visual analogy and language intuitive discussion of visual teaching is the main theme of geography teaching in high school.
