本院近一年来对26例晚期肿瘤引起的发热应用萘普生进行治疗,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。 临床资料:26例肿瘤患者都经过临床,X线、B超、CT及病理等多项综合检查所确诊。发热每天在37.8℃以上,并持续2周以上,应用抗生素治疗1周发热无变化。其中肝癌8例,胃癌5例,胰腺癌4例,急慢性白血病4例,肺癌3例,直肠癌术后2例。年龄24～72岁,男性18例,女性8例。 方法及疗效:应用金华第二制药厂生产的萘普生0.2g,3/d,口服。治疗3d内体温恢复正常为显效者18例(69.2％),治疗7d内体温恢复正常为有效者7例(26.9％),治疗7d后体温无变化为无效者1例
In this hospital over the past year, 26 cases of advanced neoplasms caused by the application of naproxen fever treatment, achieved better results, the report is as follows. Clinical data: 26 cases of cancer patients were diagnosed by clinical, X-ray, B-ultrasonography, CT, and pathology. The fever was above 37.8°C daily for more than 2 weeks. There was no change in fever after one week of antibiotic treatment. Among them, there were 8 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 5 cases of gastric cancer, 4 cases of pancreatic cancer, 4 cases of acute and chronic leukemia, 3 cases of lung cancer, and 2 cases of rectal cancer. Age 24-72 years, 18 males and 8 females. Methods and Curative Effect: Application of naproxen produced by Jinhua Second Pharmaceutical Factory was 0.2g, 3/d, orally. Within 3 days of treatment, 18 cases (69.2%) were markedly normalized, 7 cases (26.9%) were returned to normal within 7 days after treatment, and 1 case was no change after 7 days of treatment.
