目的对三七总皂苷生物药剂特性受不同半生物质的影响进行分析。方法制备试品溶液,测定不同伴生物三七总皂苷电导率及测定粘度系数;对4种不同伴生物三七总皂苷的电导率及其粘度系数采用不同伴生物三七总皂苷电导率和粘度系数测定方法展开测定与分析。结果针对三七总皂苷而言,不同伴生物三七总皂苷的电导率物理和粘度系数会影响其吸收。结论对于三七总皂苷生物药剂特性,不同伴生物质所产生的影响不同。
Objective To analyze the biological characteristics of Panax notoginseng saponins by different semi-biomass. Methods The test solution was prepared to determine the conductivity and the viscosity coefficient of different Panax notoginseng saponins. The conductivity and the viscosity coefficient of the four different Panax notoginseng saponins were determined using the conductivity and viscosity Coefficient Determination Method Expand measurement and analysis. Results For the Panax notoginseng saponins, the conductivity and physical viscosity coefficient of different Panax notoginseng saponins affected their absorption. Conclusion For the biological characteristics of Panax notoginseng saponins, the effects of different accompanying substances are different.
