为探讨白细胞介素1对肾小球系膜细胞作用的细胞内信号转导机制,采用3H胸腺嘧啶参入、免疫沉淀及激酶磷酸化反应等方法,检测了白细胞介素1对分裂原活化蛋白激酶不同亚类的作用,并与血小板衍生生长因子的作用进行比较。结果发现,与血小板衍生生长因子的作用相反,白细胞介素1可在短时间内激活cjun氨基末端激酶,但对p42/44分裂原活化蛋白激酶无刺激作用,表明白细胞介素1在肾小球系膜细胞的作用可通过cjun氨基末端激酶介导,可能是其生物学效应与血小板衍生生长因子不同的细胞内机制之一
