作为一名初中历史老师,笔者认为要在有限的45分钟内,提高教学效果,就必须根据学生的不同年龄阶段,转变教学观念。不同年龄、不同层次的学生其心身特点、兴趣爱好等都存在着很大的差异,通过细致的观察和分析,可以深入地了解学情,准确地判断和掌握学生的性格、心理特征和兴趣爱好等,这样,在教学的时候,就能够做到以生为本,有针对性地进行教学设计,使教学内容更具象,从而有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生参与课堂教学的热情,实现教学效果与质量提升。
