目的:研究漆大姑水提物抗炎、抗过敏和止痒的药理作用,为皮肤科外用新药的开发提供实验依据。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀两种炎症动物模型观察不同浓度漆大姑水提物外用对急性炎症的作用;采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠迟发型超敏反应模型观察不同浓度漆大姑水提物外用对实验动物过敏反应的影响;采用磷酸组胺致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒、右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒两种模型观察不同浓度漆大姑水提物外用对实验动物瘙痒反应的影响。结果:漆大姑水提物(1.5g、1.0g、0.5g生药/ml)外用能减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,肿胀抑制率分别为43.7%、36.3%、17.6%;减轻角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀;可不同程度的抑制DNCB所致的小鼠迟发型超敏反应,抑制免疫器官脾脏指数,1.5g生药/ml浓度时还可以抑制小鼠的胸腺指数;止痒实验显示,漆大姑水提物(1.5g、1.0g、0.5g生药/ml)能明显抑制豚鼠由组胺引起的皮肤搔痒,提高耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈;能明显减少右旋糖酐诱发小鼠瘙痒发作的次数和持续时间。结论:漆大姑水提物外用具有抗急性炎症、抗过敏和止痒作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-itch pharmacological effects of the aqueous extract of Artopan and to provide an experimental basis for the development of new dermatology topical drugs. Methods: Two kinds of animal model of inflammation caused by xylene-induced auricle swelling and carrageenin-induced rat paw edema were used to observe the effect of different concentrations of aqueous extract of lacteus aura on acute inflammation. DNCB induced delayed hypersensitivity model in mice was used to observe the effect of different concentrations of water extract of Coptis chinensis on the allergic reaction in experimental animals. It was found that guinea pig skin pruritus induced by histamine phosphate and pruritus induced by dextran To observe the different concentrations of lacquer aqueous extract on the experimental animal pruritus response. Results: The effects of aqueous extract of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (1.5g, 1.0g, 0.5g crude drug / ml) on the auricle swelling of mice induced by xylene were 43.7%, 36.3% and 17.6%, respectively. Conclusion: The external use of water-based paint has anti-acute inflammation, anti-allergic and itching effect.
