监察工作是国有企业纪检监察工作的一项重要任务。企业管理覆盖到哪里,效能监察工作就延伸到哪里。开展效能监察工作要把握事前、事中、事后三个阶段。企业要做到事前充分介入,事中参与纠偏,事后监督整改落实。这不但是企业加强内部管理的重要工作方式和手段,也是加强企业管理、规范企业经营、完善企业监督体系的必然要求,而且是防止国有资产流失,确保国有资产保值增值,促进企业党风廉政建设的有效途径。通过开展效能监察,国有企业在控制和规避各种经营风险,保证企业经济利益得到充分的实现的同时,能够使企业制度得到充分的完善。因此,国有企业开展效能监察工作势在必行。
