利用同工酶的电泳分析方法,探讨大豆种间杂交后代的进化与酶谱变化的相关性,证明酶带数目的增加与种皮颜色的进化、百粒重的提高、偏母型的增加呈正相关.具突变酶带者有可能获得优良的突变体,为育种提供丰富的中间材料.
The isozyme electrophoretic analysis method was used to explore the correlation between the evolution of soybean interspecific hybrids and the change of zymogram. The results showed that the increase of enzyme bands and the evolution of seed coat color, the increase of 100 kernel weight and the increase of partial parent were positive It is possible to obtain excellent mutants with mutants and to provide rich intermediate materials for breeding.
