The Arthurzhuangliang Tunnel constructed by the China Railway No. 18 Bureau Group Third Engineering Co., Ltd. is located on the 10th contract section of the Grade 1 automotive highway of the Copper (Chuan) Huangling (Ling), and the uphole tunnel K125+230~K127+120 has a total length of 1890. m; downward tunnel K125+325～K127+060, total length of 1735 extended meters; tunnel net height of 5 meters, net width of 8+2×0.75 meters, is the longest high-grade public built in Shaanxi and even in the northwest region.
