有关计算方法简述设计和选用回转支承需要解决三个问题:即回转支承的承载能力;工作机构的外力G_p、M、H_p如何组合;组合后的负荷与承载能力的比较。回转支承的承载能力,普遍用静容量和动容量表示,概念与普通轴承相同。静容量即滚动体和滚道的永久变形量之和达到δ时负荷能力;动容量即回转100万转后出现疲劳裂纹时的负荷能力。在普通轴承中,取δ=d_0/10000,由于回转支承本身的结构、工艺和安装台架的刚性、精度等原因,其工况不同于普通轴承,
There are three issues that need to be addressed in relation to the design of the calculation method and the selection of the slewing ring: the bearing capacity of the slewing ring; how the external forces G_p, M, H_p of the working mechanism are combined; and the combined load and bearing capacity. The bearing capacity of the slewing bearing is commonly expressed in terms of static capacity and dynamic capacity, and the concept is the same as that of ordinary bearings.
