目的探讨玛咖提取物对体育运动的抗疲劳作用。方法 50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为,(1)对照组:正常饲养,不游泳,灌胃等量蒸馏水;(2)单纯游泳组:游泳,灌胃等量蒸馏水;(3)游泳+给药组:游泳,并分别灌胃玛咖提取物4.0、8.0和16.0 g/(kg·bw)。每组10只动物。采用循环水流自由游泳,给予大鼠4.0、8.0和16.0 g/(kg·bw)玛咖提取物,连续给药15 d,第16天采样测定肝过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和肝糖元水平。结果与单纯游泳组动物比较,给予玛咖提取物4.0、8.0和16.0 g/(kg·bw)15d后,大鼠下沉次数分别减少了27.44%、42.86%、64.11%(P<0.01),下沉前游泳时间和游泳总时间分别延长了18.99%、64.46%、90.69%和37.12%、56.23%、94.72%(P<0.01),LPO水平分别降低了31.31%、42.00%、56.95%(P<0.01),SOD、GSH-Px和肝糖原水平分别升高了25.92%,31.82%、62.09%,12.33%,23.01%、46.36%和17.83%、44.69%、62.99%(P<0.01)。结论玛咖提取物具有降低肝LPO水平,增加肝糖原水平,提高SOD、GSH-Px活性,增强运动耐力和抗疲劳作用。
Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effect of maca extract on sports. Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into (1) control group: normal feeding, no swimming and equal volume of distilled water; (2) swimming alone group, swimming and equal volume of distilled water; Drug group: swimming, and respectively, gavage Maca extract 4.0, 8.0 and 16.0 g / (kg · bw). 10 animals in each group. The rats were given swimming freely for 4, 6, 8 and 16.0 g / (kg · bw) of maca extract for 15 days. Results Compared with the swimming group alone, the number of rat sinking decreased by 27.44%, 42.86%, 64.11% (P <0.01) after administration of 4.0, 8.0 and 16.0 g / (kg · bw) The swimming time and total swimming time before sinking were prolonged by 18.99%, 64.46%, 90.69% and 37.12%, 56.23% and 94.72% respectively (P <0.01), and the levels of LPO decreased by 31.31%, 42.00% and 56.95% (P <0.01). The levels of SOD, GSH-Px and hepatic glycogen were increased by 25.92%, 31.82%, 62.09%, 12.33%, 23.01%, 46.36% and 17.83%, 44.69% and 62.99%, respectively. Conclusion Maca extract can reduce the level of liver LPO, increase the level of hepatic glycogen, increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and enhance the exercise tolerance and anti-fatigue.
