海外业务企业中方员工培训是企业国际化人才开发的一条重要途径,也是企业获取持续国际竞争力的源泉。一个有效的、科学的员工培训体系的建立,需要企业人力资源管理部门和培训部门的通力合作,从企业实际情况出发,找出企业培训存在的问题并加以解决。要提高培训实效,使培训取得良好的预期效果,企业必须采取相应的措施,建立科学的员工培训机制,制定科学合理的培训计划,提高培训的针对性,创新培训方法,培养学习型员工,打造学习型企业,形成科学的员工培训体系。
