通过对GE公司天然气机组PG9171E型燃气轮机的特性曲线进行分析和研究,得到了燃气轮机变工况模型。选取了3个可表征燃气轮机变工况特性的典型变量,即燃气耗量、排气温度和排气流量,并对影响这3个变量的多个相关因素进行了详尽分析,最终确立了燃气轮机变工况数学模型。研究表明,燃气轮机的工况主要由大气温度、大气压力和燃气轮机的输出功率决定,该研究对深入探讨天然气机组燃气轮机的特性,进一步提高燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组的经济性有重要的参考价值。
By analyzing and studying the characteristic curve of PG9171E gas turbine of GE natural gas turbine, the gas turbine variable working condition model is obtained. Three typical variables that can characterize the changing characteristics of gas turbines, namely, gas consumption, exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas flow rate, were selected. Several relevant factors affecting these three variables were analyzed in detail. Finally, Working condition mathematical model. The research shows that the operating conditions of gas turbines are mainly determined by the atmospheric temperature, atmospheric pressure and the output power of gas turbines. This research has important reference value for further exploring the characteristics of natural gas turbine gas turbines and further improving the economy of gas-steam combined cycle units.
