大学的体育课程设置,一方面是提升学生的身体素质,另一方面主要是通过体育课程的设置来激发学生的学习热情,实现学生综合素质的发展。学校体育实践课程的设置需要根据教学实践的反馈和对实习生的指导经验来评判,通过系统论、控制论的方法从课程的各个方面做好充足的准备,创新教学方法手段的实施模式,最终实现对体育实践课的设计与指导。
