葡萄籽原花青素的相对分子质量分布和平均分子量的测定一直是研究的难点。通过酰基化后用激光光散射与GPC联用力法对葡萄籽原花青素的分子量分布和平均分子量进行测定,结果表明:葡萄籽原花青素提取物的平均相对分子质量为9.39×10~4,相对分子质量分布较宽,多分散系数为1.65;葡萄籽原花青素纯化物1的平均相对分子质量为9.64×10~3,多分散系数为1.56,相对分子质量分布曲线呈对称分布,聚合度13~15,以高聚合度原花青素为主;葡萄籽原花青素纯化物2的平均相对分子质量为4.25×10~3,相对分子质量分布较窄,多分散系数为1.45,相对分子质量分布曲线基本呈对称分布,聚合度6~7,为低聚合度原花青素。
Grape seed proanthocyanidins relative molecular mass distribution and the determination of average molecular weight has been the study of the difficulty. The relative molecular weight distribution curve showed a symmetrical distribution with a degree of polymerization of 13-15, The average molecular weight of proanthocyanidin 2 was 4.25 × 10 ~ 3, the relative molecular weight distribution was narrow and the polydispersity index was 1.45. The relative molecular weight distribution curves were basically symmetrical and the degree of polymerization was 6 ~ 7, for the low degree of polymerization of proanthocyanidins.
