China is often regarded by companies headquartered in Japan, Europe and the United States as having low labor costs and relatively low pay and benefits for executives. Of course, this idea is wrong. In fact, if you want to compete for the top talent, you must pay the right salary and the treatment of senior executives in China is quite substantial. Today, the economic crisis has increased the urgency for Chinese enterprises to go global. For globalization, the fundamental thinking of many enterprises now is the idea of a bargain-hunting of assets. Under this guiding principle, many enterprises may be more concerned with how to use today’s external environment to take assets, how to create value for the future, how to integrate with their existing businesses, and enterprises may not have time to think thoroughly . This is related to the shortage of top talents and strategic misunderstandings.
