This paper presents the structure of a method and apparatus for charging a certain amount of oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen in niobium, titanium, zirconium and their alloy standards. The method is based on the principle of heating a known amount of pure metal adsorbed by a metal and subsequent homogenization, which shows that it is possible to use niobium and its alloys.
