农业法规是一门实践性和应用性较强的课程,其特点和教学目的决定了教学应以案例分析为主,理论介绍为辅,要理论联系实际。本文从案例教学法的基本内涵、理论基础入手,对农业法规课程教学开展案例法教学的必要性及其运用等方面进行了探讨,以期和广大的同行进行交流。
Agricultural laws and regulations is a practical and applied curriculum, its characteristics and teaching purposes determine the teaching should be based on case analysis, the introduction of the theory supplemented by theory with practice. This article starts with the basic connotation and theoretical basis of case teaching method and discusses the necessity and application of case law teaching in teaching of agricultural law and regulations so as to exchange ideas with a large number of peers.
