目的探讨工作场所空气中二甲氧基甲烷(DMM)的溶剂解吸-毛细管柱分离气相色谱测定方法。方法工作场所空气用活性炭管采集,经正己烷解吸,火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。结果方法线性范围为32.00~1.00×104mg/L,最低检出质量浓度为0.40 mg/m3,相对标准偏差<3%(n=6);采样效率≥95.7%,100 mg活性炭对DMM的穿透容量为11.7 mg,平均解吸效率96.5%;活性炭样品室温下可保存7 d,4℃条件下可保存14 d;环己烷、二甲氧基乙烷、丙酮、乙酸甲酯、甲醇、乙醇等共存物不干扰测定。结论本法可用于工作场所空气中DMM的测定。
Objective To investigate the solvent desorption of dimethoxymethane (DMM) in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The workplace air was collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by n-hexane, detected by flame ionization detector and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range of the method was 32.00-1.00 × 104 mg / L, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.40 mg / m3, the relative standard deviation was less than 3% (n = 6), the sampling efficiency was 95.7% The capacity is 11.7 mg, and the average desorption efficiency is 96.5%. Activated carbon samples can be stored for 7 days at room temperature and for 14 days at 4 ° C. Cyclohexane, dimethoxyethane, acetone, methyl acetate, methanol, ethanol, etc. Co-deposit does not interfere with the determination. Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of DMM in the workplace air.
