老字号,它记录了几代人的努力与成果,积淀了深厚的文化与历史。在老一辈人眼中,它是一个辉煌的代名词。但是,不可避免,老字号正在遭遇现代商业的冲击和洗礼。出品老化、体制僵化、理念陈化等,这是老字号企业的常见病。正因如此,许多老字号企业面临危机,甚至一些濒临破产。但是这并不是所有老字号的现状。不少老字号企业,通过改革管理模式、加大产品研发、探索国外市场等一系列措施,成功实现转型。
