研究了不同添加剂对含钛高炉渣中钙钛矿相析出行为的影响,考察钙钛矿结晶量、晶粒度及晶体形貌的变化,并初步探讨了添加剂的作用机理。结果表明,CaF2添加量为3%~5%,对钙钛矿析出有一定的促进作用,使结晶量有所增加、部分晶粒粗化。氟碳铈矿添加量为1%~5%,可使钙钛矿结晶量明显增加,但却使晶体细化成球团状。添加3%~5%Cr2O3能明显促进钙钛矿析出,结晶量达21.46%~24.69%,晶粒呈粗大等轴晶,晶粒度约为48.7~51.6μm。Cr2O3为有效添加剂,有利于提高选矿分离效果。
The effects of different additives on the precipitation behavior of perovskite phase in titanium-bearing blast furnace slag were investigated. The changes of crystal volume, grain size and crystal morphology of perovskite were investigated. The mechanism of action of additives was also discussed. The results show that the addition of CaF2 is 3% ~ 5%, which can promote the precipitation of perovskite. The amount of crystal increases and some of the grains coarsen. Bastnaesite addition of 1% to 5%, can significantly increase the amount of crystal perovskite, but the crystal refinement into a ball-like. The addition of 3% ~ 5% Cr2O3 can significantly promote the precipitation of perovskite. The amount of crystallization is 21.46% ~ 24.69%. The grains are coarse equiaxed grains and the grain size is about 48.7 ~ 51.6μm. Cr2O3 is an effective additive, which is beneficial to improve the dressing separation effect.
