目的比较研究红芪替换玉屏风口服液和复芪止汗颗粒中的黄芪后对免疫抑制小鼠淋巴细胞亚群和Th1/Th2型细胞因子的调节作用。方法通过给小鼠腹腔注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺致成免疫功能低下模型,以相同剂量的红芪替换玉屏风口服液和复芪止汗颗粒中的黄芪灌胃进行体内拮抗实验,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、淋巴细胞亚群、血清IL-4、IFN-γ的含量。结果含黄芪和含红芪的玉屏风和复芪止汗组均能拮抗被环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和CD19+、CD3+、CD4+和CD8+淋巴细胞百分比以及血清IL-4、IFN-γ的含量。其中含红芪的玉屏风组的部分作用优于含黄芪组。结论含黄芪和含红芪的玉屏风和复芪止汗组均能拮抗环磷酰胺诱导的脾脏中T、B淋巴细胞亚群的失衡,恢复T、B淋巴细胞亚群的正常比例,同时含红芪的玉屏风组更能使其向正常比值回归。
Objective To compare the regulation effect of Radix Astragali on Yupingfeng Oral Liquid and Astragalus membranaceus in Fuqijizhi Khan Granules on the lymphocyte subsets and Th1 / Th2 cytokines in immunosuppressed mice. Methods Mice were immunized intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide immunosuppressive drug induced immune deficiency model, with the same dose of Radix replaced Yupingfeng oral solution and Astragalus fructus Decoction instillation in vivo antagonistic experiment, the determination of thymus index , Spleen index, lymphocyte subsets, serum IL-4, IFN-γ content. Results Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Astragali containing Yupingfeng and Fuqi Decoction could antagonize the thymus index, spleen index, percentage of CD19 +, CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + lymphocytes in mice inhibited by cyclophosphamide and the levels of IL-4, -γ content. Among them, the effect of Yupingfeng group containing Radix Hedysari is better than that of Radix Astragali group. Conclusions Yupingfeng and Fuqi Decoction containing both Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali can antagonize the imbalance of T and B lymphocyte subsets induced by cyclophosphamide and restore the normal proportion of T and B lymphocyte subsets, Yudifeng Yuping Wind Group more able to return to normal ratio.
