针对南京地铁一号线列车受电弓碳刷条在运行一段时间后,碳刷条磨耗出现坑槽和表面不平滑,磨耗布局不合理,导致接触网打火、拉弧现象,有可能会给运营造成安全事故,影响到正常的运营。从分析造成受电弓碳刷条磨耗出现坑槽和表面不平滑,磨耗布局不合理现象角度出发,分析研究与碳刷条磨耗密切相关接触网的状态,而接触网拉出值是接触网状态的关键技术参数,就如何优化调整接触网拉出值,改善碳刷条的表面磨耗布局的合理性,减少接触网打火、拉弧现象的产生。为此,利用网检技术动态检测接触网的拉出值所提供的数据,分析研究接触网拉出值的分布情况,对接触网拉出值进行适当调整进行分析,解决受电弓碳刷条磨耗分布合理性,提出现场施工中改进措施方案。
