目的了解云南省禄劝县心脑血管疾病发病情况流行特征,为制订慢性病预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法收集整理2013年禄劝县所有医疗机构上报的脑卒中、冠心病登记报告卡,应用国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行疾病分类。对禄劝县居民心脑血管疾病发病情况的地区分布特征和人群分布特征进行分析。用SPSS 17.0软件包对计数资料进行U检验。结果 2013年禄劝县心脑血管疾病发病率为145.78/10万,城镇心脑血管疾病发病率为262.13/10万,农村为123.14/10万,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,心脑血管疾病发病率最高地区为屏山镇(262.13/10万),最低的地区为雪山乡(24.55/10万)。60岁及以上年龄组心脑血管疾病发病率最高(932.14/10万),各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性心脑血管疾病发病率(174.27/10万)明显高于女性(115.37/10万),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同民族人群中,汉族居民心脑血管疾病发病率最高(182.70/10万),占心脑血管疾病病例数的85.14%。不同职业人群中,农民心脑血管疾病发病例数为623例,占89.00%。结论应加强对禄劝县老年人群、男性、城镇居民、汉族居民及农民进行健康教育和慢性病监测,预防和减少心脑血管疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Luquan County, Yunnan Province, and provide a reference for the formulation of preventive and control measures for chronic diseases. Methods Stroke and coronary heart disease registration report cards reported by all medical institutions in Luquan County in 2013 were collected and classified according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). This paper analyzed the distribution characteristics of population and the distribution of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Luquan County. Uses the SPSS 17.0 package to count data. Results The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Luquan County in 2013 was 145.78 / 100000. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 262.13 / 100,000 in rural areas and 123.14 / 100000 in rural areas. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Among them, the highest incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is Ping Shan Town (262.13 / 100000), the lowest area is Xue Shan (24.55 / 100000). The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the age group of 60 and above was the highest (932.14 / 100000), with significant difference among all age groups (P <0.01). The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in men (174.27 / 100000) was significantly higher than that of women (115.37 / 100000), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Among ethnic groups, Han residents have the highest incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (182.70 / 100,000), accounting for 85.14% of the total number of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In different occupational groups, the incidence of peasants with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 623 cases, accounting for 89.00%. Conclusion Health education and chronic disease monitoring should be carried out on elderly population, men, urban residents, Han residents and peasants in Luquan County to prevent and reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
