目的评价本次补充免疫活动的成本和收益。方法采用各单位报表和现场接种率调查结果,测算脊灰疫苗的有效接种平均成本和其达到成本效益平衡点时的减少发病例数。结果本次补充免疫活动成本492.51万元,脊灰疫苗补充免疫的平均有效接种成本分别为439.68元。减少脊灰病例分别为2.25例,可实现成本效益平衡。结论脊灰疫苗有效接种成本高昂,本次活动不大可能实现成本效益平衡。
Objective To evaluate the costs and benefits of this supplementary immunization program. Methods Based on the questionnaires of all units and on-site vaccination rates, the average cost of effective vaccination of poliovirus vaccine and the number of cases with reduced incidence when it reached the cost-benefit balance point were calculated. Results The cost of supplementary immunization activities 4925100 yuan, the average effective vaccination of polio vaccine immunization costs were 439.68 yuan. 2.25 cases of polio to reduce, respectively, can achieve cost-effective balance. Conclusion The effective vaccination of polio vaccine is costly, and this activity is unlikely to achieve a cost-benefit balance.
