21世纪,全球能源和环境面临巨大的挑战,汽车作为石油消耗和二氧化碳排放的大户需要进行革命性的变革。发展新能源汽车已成为全球共识,我国更是将新能源汽车列入七大战略性新兴产业之中。本文论述了近年来中国新能源汽车产业的发展现状,分别从产业链研发、生产环节,销售环节和售后环节入手分析了我国目前新能源汽车产业存在的问题,对比了新能源汽车推广较成熟的美国、日本、欧盟的政策,从中汲取经验并结合我国国情给出了可行性较高的相关对策和建议。
In the 21st century, the world’s energy and environment are facing enormous challenges. The automobile as a major player in oil consumption and carbon dioxide emissions needs to undergo revolutionary changes. The development of new energy vehicles has become a global consensus, China is even more new energy vehicles included in the seven strategic emerging industries. This article discusses the development status of China’s new energy automotive industry in recent years, and analyzes the existing problems in China’s current new energy automotive industry from the research and development, production, sales and after-sales links of the industry chain, compares the more mature new energy vehicle promotion The United States, Japan and the EU, draw lessons from the experience and combine with our country’s national conditions to give relevant and feasible suggestions.
