以江苏沿江地区农业科学研究所培育的3个自交系及其导入热带种质“320”的3个改良系为被测系,以5个外引系为测验种,按NCⅡ设计配制30个组合,分析10个农艺性状的配合力。结果表明:热带种质“320”的导入对株高、穗位高的一般配合力表现出显著的正效应,对其他农艺性状一般配合力的效应由于受体的自交系不同,表现并不一致,甚至对某些优良自交系的有益农艺性状呈负效应;导入“320”的4S1、751、2491分别与齐319、齐318、丹340在单株产量上具有较高的特殊配合力效应值,值得进一步深入研究。
The three inbred lines cultivated in the Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Jiangsu Province along the Yangtze River and the three improved lines introduced into the tropical germplasm “320” were tested lines, and five introduced lines were tested. 30 combinations to analyze the combining ability of 10 agronomic traits.
