重金属工业排放控制量与周边环境污染的关联性研究

为了量化分析重金属工业排放控制量与周边环境污染的关联性,提出基于资源减排和环境绩效联合评估的排放控制与周边环境污染关系模型.以重金属工业的能源结构、资源减排量以及资源综合利用率为描述性统计变量,采用环境绩效信息评估方法进行环境污染预测,结合环保内部控制和环境事故的应急响应综合调度方法进行定量信息分析,测试周边环境污染的水资源消耗、能源消耗以及废水排放等指标,对环境污染的绩效指标进行评估,完成重金属工业排放控制量与周边环境污染关系建模,实现重金属工业排放控制优化.
