目的 探讨人脑垂体腺瘤的生物学特性。方法 采用细胞遗传学方法检测人垂体腺瘤染色体 5 0例 ,FCM技术检测细胞增殖周期 4 0例 ,免疫组化ABC法分别检测PCNA和hst基因在 4 8例垂体腺瘤中的表达。结果 人脑垂体腺瘤组织形态属良性 ,却存在不同类型的生物学特性 ,其生物学特性的改变与其瘤体大小 ,侵袭性生长方式等肿瘤特性相关 ;其病理形态与其不同临床表现无明显相关。结论 人垂体腺瘤生物学特性检测可作为组织形态学检测的一种补充 ,并可为人垂体腺瘤的诊治及其预后估计提供重要依据
Objective To investigate the biological characteristics of human pituitary adenomas. Methods The cytogenetic method was used to detect 50 human chromosomes of pituitary adenoma. FCM was used to detect the cell proliferation cycle in 40 cases. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of PCNA and hst gene in 48 pituitary adenomas. Results The morphology of human pituitary adenoma is benign, but there are different types of biological characteristics. Its biological characteristics are related to tumor size, invasive growth pattern and other tumor characteristics; its pathological morphology and its different clinical manifestations are not significantly related. . Conclusion The detection of biological characteristics of human pituitary adenoma can be used as a complement to histomorphometry and provide an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of human pituitary adenoma and its prognosis.
