2004年9月上旬,在长江上游发生了有资料记载以来秋季第三大洪水。据实测资料统计:9月6日17:00,嘉陵江北碚站洪峰流量30600m~3/s;7日11:00,重庆寸滩站洪峰流量58200m~3/s;7日1:00,乌江出口控制站武隆站洪峰流量8270 m~3/s。长江上游洪水与三峡区间洪水遭遇后形成宜昌站洪峰流量61100 m~3/s,洪峰水位53.95 m,超警戒水位0.95 m。此次秋季洪水出现在三峡水库蓄水初期运行期,是三峡工程蓄水以来的过坝洪峰流量首次超过60 000 m~3/s的洪水过程。对产生该场暴雨洪水的成因、沿程传播、水库调度的影响,以及宜昌水文站水文断面实测洪水过程进行了分析,以利于今后借鉴、归纳和经验积累,为防汛决策提供科学依据。
In the first ten days of September 2004, the third largest flood in autumn occurred in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. According to the measured data statistics: September 6 at 17:00, Jialing River Beibei station flood peak flow 30600m ~ 3 / s; 7 11:00, Chongqing Cuntan peak discharge 58200m ~ 3 / s; 1:00 on the 7th, Wujiang exports Control Station Wulong peak flood peak flow 8270 m ~ 3 / s. After the flooding in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Three Gorges floods, the peak flow of Yichang Station was formed to 61100 m ~ 3 / s, the flood peak 53.85 m and the over-warning water level 0.95 m. The autumn flood occurred during the initial period of impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir and is the first flood event exceeding 60 000 m 3 / s since the Three Gorges Project was impounded. The causes of the storm and flood, the influence of the transmission along the route and the reservoir regulation, as well as the actual flood process of the hydrological section of Yichang Hydrological Station were analyzed in order to facilitate the reference, induction and accumulation of experience in the future and provide a scientific basis for flood control decision-making.
