本文报道了自1985年3月～1985年6月用抗癌新药UFT治疗晚期恶性肿瘤20例的结果。其中胃癌14例,肺癌4例,肝癌2例。所有患者均经病理学、细胞学或临床其它检查证实。每个患者服UFT的总剂量为30～60g。20例患者,部分缓解30%,胃癌取得较好的效果(6/14,PR43%)。治疗中仅部分患者呈现轻度的纳差、恶心及白细胞和/或血小板减少。肝、肾、心功能无影响。结果表明该药对晚期癌症有一定疗效,尤其对胃癌疗效较好,值得在临床上进一步研究应用。 This article reports the results of 20 cases of advanced malignant tumors treated with UFT, an anticancer drug, from March 1985 to June 1985. There were 14 cases of gastric cancer, 4 cases of lung cancer, and 2 cases of liver cancer. All patients were confirmed by pathology, cytology, or other clinical tests. The total dose of UFT for each patient was 30-60g. In 20 patients, partial remission was 30%, and gastric cancer achieved better results (6/14, PR43%). Only a portion of patients during treatment showed mild asymmetry, nausea, and leukopenia and/or thrombocytopenia. Liver, kidney, and heart function have no effect. The results show that the drug has a certain effect on advanced cancer, especially for gastric cancer is good, it is worth further research and application in clinical practice.
