为了保证用6%FB铁矿粉替代6%PB铁矿粉生产的烧结矿产质量满足大高炉冶炼要求,本文从工业生产实践中,研究了碱度、水分含量、配碳量对烧结矿转鼓强度、返矿率、垂直烧结速度的影响。研究结果表明,在料层厚度为720mm前提下,混合料水分为6.90%、配碳量为2.60、碱度为2.05时,能够提高烧结矿转鼓强度、垂直烧结速度,降低返矿率。
In order to ensure that the quality of sintered ore produced by 6% FB iron ore powder instead of 6% PB iron ore powder meets the requirement of large blast furnace smelting, this paper studied the effects of alkalinity, water content and carbon content on sinter drum Strength, the rate of return to the vertical sintering speed. The results show that when the material thickness is 720mm, the moisture content of the mixture is 6.90%, the carbon content is 2.60, and the basicity is 2.05, the strength of sinter drum and the vertical sintering speed can be improved and the rate of remelting can be reduced.
