目的对比分析治疗牙髓炎时临床上采用一次法和多次法进行根管治疗术的术后疼痛。方法 126例牙髓炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组63例,对照组手术中采用多次治疗法,观察组则进行一次法治疗,术后统计两组患者痛疼状况并进行统计分析,对比差异。结果观察组和对照组患者均有不同程度的疼痛发生,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上进行一次法和多次法进行根管手术中,术后患者痛感没有显著不同,在治疗过程中应首先考虑给患者进行比较简便的一次根管治疗方案。 Objective To compare and analyze the postoperative pain in the treatment of pulpitis by one-time and multi-step method. Methods 126 patients with pulpitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received multiple treatment during operation and the observation group received one-time treatment. Statistical analysis, contrast differences. Results The patients in observation group and control group all had different degrees of pain, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions There is no significant difference in postoperative pain in root canal operation between one-time and multi-step operation. In the course of treatment, the first root canal treatment should be considered first.
