我矿选矿厂锡选别工段采用云锡摇床三段选别,即粗选次精矿复洗,中矿再磨后再选,工艺简单。几年来锡选矿回收率只有30%左右。1988年初选矿厂制定了一系列经济责任制,并考核落实到工段班组,生产指标虽有上升,但不明显。同年7月又将承包指标落实到个人,并改革工资奖金的分配形式,使生产指标与个人工资奖金直接挂钩。到同年9月底止,锡平均回收率由1—6月的33.76%提高到40.92%,为企业多创利润8万多元。我们的具体做法是:分段设岗,每班每段床分
