将WBS-RBS与DSM结构依赖矩阵有效的结合起来,建立工作结构分解-风险分解矩阵。利用DSM方法计算各风险的依赖度,并根据风险的传递性求出间接风险的大小,计算出该类建筑实际施工过程中的风险大小。通过WBS-RBS-DSM定量风险分析方法求出了上海某项目施工过程的主要风险因素,施工阶段风险大小,为项目的施工管理提供了科学的依据。
Combining WBS-RBS and DSM structure dependency matrix effectively, we establish a working structure decomposition-risk decomposition matrix. The DSM method is used to calculate the dependence degree of each risk, and the indirect risk is calculated according to the transitivity of risk. The risk in the actual construction of this type of building is calculated. Through the WBS-RBS-DSM quantitative risk analysis method, the main risk factors of a construction project in Shanghai and the risk in the construction phase were obtained, which provided a scientific basis for the project construction management.
