In the past two years, in the discussions on the teaching of simple logic, there have been frequent articles that illustrate that some propositions are still simple propositions, even though they contain conjunctions. The arguments of these articles are not exactly the same, and some of them claim that the so-called “joint words” refer to Ordinary connectives do not refer to logical connectives. Therefore, the definitions in the examples cited in the new textbook “The proposition that illogical connectives are called simple propositions” are not inconsistent.
