一、临床资料患者,男性,28岁,歼-8飞行员,飞行时间430 h,既往身体健康,无家族病史.2010年6月在空军青岛航空医学鉴定训练中心行年度大体检时,多次查尿常规示:蛋白质+++,余正常.血糖、血脂、肝肾功能等检查均正常.查体:血压110/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心、肺、腹未见异常,眼睑及双下肢无水肿.诊断:尿蛋白原因待查.结论:飞行暂时不合格;身体等级丙类.
