国家“一带一路”战略背景下,连云港正位于陆上丝绸之路和海上丝绸之路的交汇处,高铁成为江苏省对接“一带一路”战略的重要措施。利用成本栅格可达性分析法,定量比较高铁开通前后连云港的区域可达性格局变化,并运用区域发展理论,探讨新机遇下连云港的发展对策。
Under the national “Belt and Road” strategy, Lianyungang is located at the crossroads of the Silk Road on the Silk Road and the Silk Road on the sea. The high-speed railway has become an important measure of docking the “Belt and Road” strategy in Jiangsu Province. By using cost grid reachability analysis method, this paper quantitatively compares the change of regional accessibility pattern of Lianyungang before and after the HSR, and uses the theory of regional development to explore the development strategy of Lianyungang under the new opportunity.
