针对势能驱动换绳的动作过程设计了该换绳装置的实验平台,实验平台主要由机械系统和液压系统组成,对机械系统和液压系统的设计原理、功能特性进行了说明,并对该平台进行了机-液联合仿真分析,得到的仿真结果与现场作业过程中测得的曲线吻合,说明该平台能够真实反映换绳装置的工作情况,通过实验平台测得的实验数据可靠有效。
The experiment platform of rope changing device is designed for the action process of potential-driven rope changing. The experimental platform is mainly composed of mechanical system and hydraulic system. The design principle and function characteristic of mechanical system and hydraulic system are described, and the platform is carried out The simulation results of machine-fluid simulation show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the curves measured in the field work, which shows that the platform can truly reflect the working condition of the rope changing device.
