文章运用实验法、问卷调查法、对比分析法,对高校健美操课分组互助教学进行实证研究,发现高校体育专业健美操课中运用分组互助教学法,能有效地促进学生对健美操动作技术的正确掌握和运动技能的提高,同时能更好地激发学生学习健美操的兴趣和自信心,培养学生互助、互促、互学、互竞的合作精神,充分发挥学生的潜能和主体作用,顺应了素质教育和新课改的要求,提高了教学效果。
The article uses the experimental method, the questionnaire survey method and the comparative analysis method to carry on the empirical research to the group mutual assistance teaching of the aerobics class in the university.
