星载转动部件的角动量输出测量是卫星姿态控制系统设计的必要环节,该文介绍了一种利用单轴气浮平台测量转动部件角动量输出的系统和方法。通过对系统转动惯量和角速度的测量,得到转动部件输出角动量的大小及变化,最后以实例形式给出测试步骤、数据处理方法、测试结果及精度分析。与直接测量法相比,该方法测试设备简单,测量精度高,测量误差小于5%,尤其对具有多转动单元、多自由度转动部件的耦合测量优势明显,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Angular momentum output measurement of satellite-borne rotating components is an essential part of the satellite attitude control system design. This paper presents a system and method for measuring the angular momentum output of rotating components using a single-axis airborne platform. By measuring the moment of inertia and angular velocity of the system, the output angular momentum of the rotating part is obtained. Finally, the test procedure, data processing method, test results and accuracy analysis are given by way of example. Compared with the direct measurement method, the method has the advantages of simple testing equipment, high measuring accuracy and less than 5% of measurement error. Especially, the coupling measurement with a multi-turn unit and a multi-degree-of-freedom rotating part has obvious advantages and has high engineering application value.
