提高抗癌药物的化疗效果具有重要意义。为探讨顺铂与咖啡因的并用效果及对染色体的影响,用对数增殖期的STKM-1人胃癌细胞株配成1×10~5细胞悬液,分注于60mm皿中,咖啡因以0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0及5.0mmol/L的浓度与其接触。顺铂(CDDP)以0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0, 5.0及10.0μg/ml的浓度与其接触 3小时。两者均胰酶分散、台盼兰排除法计数。据与CDDP接触时间分为A组(24小时)、B组
It is of great significance to increase the chemotherapy effect of anticancer drugs. In order to investigate the combined effect of cisplatin and caffeine and its effect on chromosomes, a 1×10~5 cell suspension was prepared in a logarithmic phase of proliferation of STKM-1 human gastric cancer cell lines, and was injected into 60mm dishes.
