目的 研制国产化的可控电熔微弹簧圈,并对其性能进行测试。方法 采用抗拉伸、抗扭力、顺应性及疲劳性实验,检测微弹簧圈及其连接点的性能;体外接通直流电检测微弹簧圈的解脱时间;X射线透视下检测微弹簧圈标记的清晰程度。结果 微弹簧圈及其连接点的抗拉伸强度为(83.53±2.47)cN(厘牛,1牛顿=10~3厘牛)、抗扭力强度为(134±13)圈、顺应性、疲劳性以及在体外接通直流电解脱实验取得了比较满意的结果,证明其安全性、稳定性与进口产品相近。结论国产电熔可控微弹簧圈在其性能上达到或接近国外同类产品的水平,特别是在抗拉伸、抗扭力和解脱时间等方面优于国外产品,实验结果证明国产材料的安全性和稳定性。
Objective To develop a domestically-made controllable fused-coil spring coil and test its performance. Methods Tensile, torsion, compliance and fatigue tests were performed to test the performance of the microspian coils and their connection points. In vitro DC detection was used to measure the release time of the microspheres. The microscopic coil was marked under X-ray fluoroscopy degree. Results The tensile strength of microcoil and its connection points were (83.53 ± 2.47) cN (Xin Niu, 1 Newton = 10 ~ 3 centistokes), the torsion strength was 134 ± 13, and the compliance and fatigue As well as in vitro access to DC electrolysis obtained more satisfactory results, to prove its safety, stability and imported products similar. Conclusion The domestic fused-controlled micro-coil has reached or approached the level of similar foreign products in its performance, especially in terms of tensile strength, torsion resistance and release time than foreign products. The experimental results prove that the domestic materials safety and stability.
