一、前言跳汰选矿具有处理量大、选别粒度范围宽、操作简单、设备维护方便等优点,长期以来在钨、锡、金及煤等选别中得到了广泛的应用。但传统的跳汰机多是采用偏心连杆机构带动隔膜运动,水流脉动呈正弦对称周期。实践证明,这种脉动曲线不宜以宽级别物料入选,对-2毫米细粒级选别效果较差,而且筛上粗粒精矿一般不能连续顺利排出,
