目的:分析孕妇的心境状况及其影响因素,为改进健康教育提供依据。方法:对107例接受本院孕产期健康教育的孕妇填写基本问卷和SCL90症状自评量表,与国内常模得分进行比较。结果:107例孕妇在抑郁、焦虑因子的得分显著低于国内常模(P<0.01);家人关心程度、孕妇是否善于与人交往等与焦虑抑郁有关。结论:孕产期健康教育需要关注其家庭成员的参与。
Objective: To analyze the psychological state of pregnant women and its influencing factors, and provide the basis for improving health education. Methods: A total of 107 pregnant women receiving maternity health education in our hospital were enrolled in the basic questionnaire and the SCL90 Symptom Checklist 90 (Self-rating Scale). Results: The scores of depression and anxiety in 107 pregnant women were significantly lower than those in the domestic norm (P <0.01). The degree of family members’ concern, whether pregnant women were good at interpersonal communication or not were related to anxiety and depression. Conclusion: Health education during pregnancy needs to be concerned with the participation of family members.
