三硝基甲苯(TNT)为氧化应激毒物。研究表明,TNT染毒使大鼠睾丸睾酮水平下降。已知非特异性酯酶可能参与睾酮合成,而卟啉在体内生物转化可参与血中血红素和睾丸中的细胞色素合成。为此,我们观察了TNT染毒对大鼠全血和睾丸中δ-氨基-γ-酮戊酸脱水酶(δ-ALAD)和非特异性酯酶活性的影响。
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is an oxidative stress poison. Studies have shown that TNT decreased testosterone levels in rats. It is known that non-specific esterases may be involved in testosterone synthesis, whereas biotransformation of porphyrins in vivo may be involved in cytochrome synthesis in heme and testes in the blood. To this end, we examined the effects of TNT exposure on δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (δ-ALAD) and non-specific esterase activity in rat whole blood and testis.
