许多刚刚步入职场的新人抱怨不能固定在一个工作岗位,还没混个脸熟,便被公司从一个部门赶到另一个部门,甚至,有可能因为上级部门的某种需要临时“借”去做些写写抄抄、清扫卫生之类的琐事。刚刚燃烧起来的工作激情,转眼间熄灭了。他们没有想过,被人“借”的时间内,也能完成自我升值的过程。法则一:不要计较报酬高素质的新员工,不会计较收入的多少和花费的代价。他们态度乐观,行为积极,即使是鸡毛蒜皮的事,也要力求细节的完美。相反,一味计较得失,做事挑捡,自然不受欢迎,没人能放心将重任交给你。
