与新建铁路相比,既有铁路干线提速改造速度目标值选择因受各种各样的条件约束而具有其独特性和复杂性。以既有京九铁路提速改造为例,从功能定位、客货运量特点、列车运行时间目标值、改造技术标准、客流量吸引、与新建铁路分工、既有线利用率、运营费等方面对既有干线速度目标值的选择进行阐述;同时,推荐一种比选速度目标值的方法。
Compared with the newly built railway, the selection of the target value of the speed-raising reconstruction speed of the existing railway lines has its uniqueness and complexity due to various conditions.
